Manchester, 6 March 2018 - The Language Gallery (TLG) in Manchester has moved to a brand new location in the centre of the city.
Originally established in London, TLG opened its Manchester school in 2012 to expand into one of the biggest cities in the UK. Located in Minshull Street just off Piccadilly Gardens, the new centre is minutes away from Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Oxford Road train stations, and well connected with the rest of the city.
The brand new and spacious premises are designed to give students a place to study, enjoy their stay in Manchester, and engage in fun activities with their classmates. In addition to ten spacious classrooms, the centre also sports a comfortable lounge with a pool table, a small kitchen, and a multi-faith space.
Joe Greenwood, Academic Manager at TLG Manchester, said: “We are happy to be able to offer these services to our students. We believe this helps to make them feel welcome in a foreign city and share their experience with others.
“Moving to a new facility in the centre of the city gives us the opportunity to expand our SMART Learning programme, where students are engaged in a number of after class activities with teachers to improve their English. We are looking forward to the school growing further in the future, and these new facilities will help us to do so.”
TLG students in Manchester have access to a varied portfolio, from daily programmes to preparatory courses. These include day and evening language courses, IELTS Preparation, and the University Pathway Programme, in collaboration with some prestigious UK universities such as Bangor University, De Montfort University and Anglia Ruskin University.
